In the unlikely event that a piece of jewellery breaks due to an unforeseen weakness in the piece, please contact us to inquire about a refund or exchange.

All Joy Creations jewellery is hypoallergenic - meaning free from lead and nickel. I have other options like plastic hooks if metal is a no-go for you! 

Polymer clay is waterproof and durable, though not indestructable!
When polymer clay gets extremely warm or cold, it may become more breakable, so please handle with care :) 

Don't panic if they end up in the shower or wash though, I've had many survive that kind of treatment ;) 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of each piece of jewellery, there may be slight bubbles or hints of fingerprints that add to the character of each unique piece.

I've taken care to show each piece as true to colour as possible, though the perception of size and colours may vary depending on the screen you're using. So please be aware there might be a slight variation between what you see and what you get.
