This butterfly wing collection was inspired by the colours of a vibrant sunrise paired with the patterns of monarch butterfly wings. The intricate pattern in these wings is acheived through a complex process called caning, where I blended and cut different colours of polymer clay together to create a long cane. When sliced, the pattern in the wings show front and back, so no amount of touching. or water exposure will diminish the vibrant colours!

All Joy Creations jewellery is hypoallergenic - free from common allergens such as nickel and lead. Most earrings are made with stainless steel, though I have other options such as sterling silver, 14k gold filled, clip ons, and even plastic hooks if metal is a no-go for you! Just ask me to switch your hooks if the product option isn't listed.
Polymer clay is water resistant and durable, though not indestructable!
When polymer clay gets extremely warm or cold, or exposed to chlorinated water, it may become more breakable, so please handle with care :)Don't panic if they end up in the shower or wash though, I've had many survive that kind of treatment ;)
Please note that due to the handmade nature of each piece of jewellery, there may be slight bubbles or hints of fingerprints that add to the character of each unique piece.
